Legal Question in Family Law in India

I've differences with my wife but still love her very much.She is staying with her parents for last 1.5 yrs along with our son.She does not allow me to meet my son also.

She is very rude,adament and arrogant.

Can court issue directive asking her to stay along with her husband?

If you love you wife, you should avoid any kind of legal action as that may increase further complications. In my opinion your best option is to visit her and seek forgiveness for your intended or unintended mistakes, if any.
