Re: difficult family problem

No, you are two are not entitled to live together or maintain any relationship. It is a criminal offence.

If a complaint against you is filed by her husband, you may suffer a jail term.

Besides, the spouses of both of you may seek divorce on the ground of adultery.

After you come back from jail and both of you have been divorced, you two may live together.

Dear Gentleman:

In India, live in relationship are not legal. In any event, bigamy is an offence punishable under the Indian Penal Code.

Have you thought and considered about your existing relationship, children their future? Your true love would be to understand one's existing position qua other living spouse, children and lastly in-laws who rightly would not agree. You may always continue as good friends. Love needs sacrifice.

You may not have asked about it, but, you and/or your beloved need to see some marriage counsellor before making any decision which may not be embarassing for your own children in the society. My experience say that it is Children who have to face a lot of dilemma amongst their peer. So keep all such things in mind, before you take the step of ruining sevral (atleast four) families.
