Legal Question in Family Law in India

On the direction of the DJ District judge for interim maintenance .CJM has granted the monetary interim relief under DV act but the husband who is abroad on working visa and likely to continue there as Permanent resident, is not complying with the court order .How the order has to be executed now from my husband who is abroad so that I may get the amount regularly. We are likely to get the recovery warrant also. In future if he does not pay the amount then can we request the court for cancellation/impound of his passport? Please suggest what should be our course of action under these circumstances?
