Legal Question in Family Law in India

As discussed with you, I am in love with married woman? If her husband files for adultery, you said I will get a bail. But now my question is 1. In How much time will I get bail? 2. If the adultery is proved do I have to go behind the bars? 3. If yes, than is it possible for me to stay out of jail and stay with her?

Will the adultery be proved just by staying together when she leaves her husbands house forever?
