after the dismissal of APB IN HIGH COURT AGAIN HOW CAN I APPLY FOR FRESH ANTISPATORY BAIL THIS WILL NOT GET DISMISSED AGAIN , HOW MUCH IT WILL COST? FIRST COSTED 15000 FOR EACH FOR 3 PEOPLE

I cannot comment upon the cost. But orders of dismissal of anticipatory bail cannot be appealed against. But fresh application is not barred if there are fresh, new and different grounds.
