dispute

we decided to seprate legally. I am staying alone in my house, I have also some 50 cents of land as my asset. My wife is staying with her brother and she is employed. Eventhough she is a in a fear that i may sell my property. I agreed to give her land(present market rate may come to 30 lakhs). But I need my house as there is no place for me to live. How shall i make this appeal effectively

As your case seems to be a case of Mutual Consent Divorce wherein the terms and conditions are settled by the party amicably. It is upto you how you negotiate.

I had carefully gone into the facts narrated by you in your reference.

As you say that you have decided to separate legally, you agreed to give land to your wife. You can amicably settle your terms regarding your need of house to live in. You can not be fored to leave your house.

You may prepare an agreement and obtain a decree from the court containing all the terms of your mutual agreement.
