Legal Question in Family Law in India

i have dispute with my husband. He file divorce case. i am living with my parents since 2005. I got custody of my son in 2009. my husband wants divorce but he is not ready to pay a single penny to me and my son. What should I do?

you may file an application u/s 24 in his divorce petition for seeking maintenance. you may also file a complaint u/s 125 of crpc to the same effect.

All suggestions are to be implemented one by one- firstly mild, harsh and then coercive; sometimes reconciliation takes place after Section 125 application of maintenance. We should always leave a room to talk and have reconciliation. Finally coercive method is Criminal case for for demanding dowry etc. to make him bend and come to terms.
