every dispute with husbund

hi,

we have complited 12 years of marriage, have two kids(11years & 8 years) from beganig he is drinking alchoo every day,he is earing reasonable ,he don't have atall social life,he is always telling kids against me, he behaviour is pathtic,he just used the childern in our dispute, Even i have tried to b solve this issued telling his parents but they are lease bothered, i have lost my parens,so now he doing extrim as he is think nobody is thier to support me,he just love him self.my kids like him just becoz he allow them what they are doning ,fulfil their every demand, if am want divorecd & custoduy of my childer,but i have fear that if may court asked childer whther they want to stay with father or mother, & if i am working ,can i get alimoney from my husbund.pls. reply my qusestion

The children are almost grown up and their wishes shall be ascertained by the court. However, if it is established that he is not for children's custody, the court may grant you the custody. If you are working and earning sufficiently, you may not get alimony; but if you get children's custody, he may be required to share the expenses.
