Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have a dispute with my wife. We are married for last 8 years. She left my home more than six months back alongwith my only girl child aged 7 yeras,and all gold jewellery and cash.Before leaving to her parents home at delhi she made a complaint with the local police against domestic voilence act and the police has given proper clean chit to us and the application being filed as false frivolous and devoid of any truth. She has again given a fresh application in crime against women cell delhi under Domestic Voilence and Dowry Act. My question is
Despite my providing Delhi police the copy of Inquiry report giving clean chit to me can delhi police highhandedly register case against me and my family.
Is there any Supreme Court citation in my rescue against this type of Forum Shopping.
I have explained my side to the lady police Inquiry officer but she is more inclined towards the other side. She admits that I am innocent but says that she is bound by blind directions of Supreme Court. How true is that.
Any rescue, please suggest.
