Idid not done anything to my aunty But she had put an dowry case with me. Now I was in bail then how can i escape from this case?my aunty put an idiotic case with me.

Contact with details.If youare innocent and falsly trapped in the case then you have opportunity to disprove the allegation in trial and you may approach High court for quashing the FIR on the ground that no case is made out.

In general dowry casses will filed aganst all the family members so as to settle the matter as early as possible and to get maintenance.
Whether you have done any thing or not will be decided in the main case. You have no option except to appoint an advocate and follow the case. You have to prvoe that you have not done any thing.
