respected sir,

i am--name removed---name removed--marry a girl

in kolkata in hindu cullture but

not regester after some time

pass she was creting very much

problems in my family,we got a

rent house.from there she was

not able to adjust with me aslo

she was not to leve with me,i got

her divorce paper but she got

489a to me and my famaly and

not allow to divoce me,i said as

per your consern i have given to

you but she want to harras me

my family till last and she was her

lot of boyfriends with her support.

we don't have so much of support

like her.she is criminal minded

female.please help me and my

family to get overcome from this problem

file a police complain against her n her b.fs. abt the treats n harrassment n giving threats of physical injuries etc.. then u can file a petition for divorce. u have other option too...

as she too not willg to stay with u, u can file a case for restitution of conjugal rites.. divorce wll b the outcome

ask more to ur lawyer abt it of u can mail me at my given id.

approach the local police and file a complaint against her in case she has committed any crime or else approach the family court and file for divorce.
