U Can file application under guardianship Act for t custody but normally custody remains with mother but if u prove that u can give better future then court can give minor custody and u have meeting rights and require details of divorce so i can guide u properly

custody petitions are allowed or dismissed keeping the welfare of the child in mind. it has to be gathered from the facts and circumstances of the matrimonial dispute and other relevant factors. however, you can get visitation rights.
