Re: divorce case

Sir,

The purpose of separation period is just to ensure and give time to the couple to re-think about the decision they have taken. During the course of Judicial Separation if the couple believe that they can reunite, then the courts allow them unlike a divorce they don't have to go in for remarriage if they want to unite again

Re: divorce case

Are you refering to judicial seperation? if yes then it means that the you are seperated from your spouse but you continue to have the marital status and also the legal benefits of being married.

You cn reunite and after the judicial seperation if you have not reunited for a year due to some reasons then you can also go ahead for a mutual consent divorce.

Re: divorce case

a decree of separation may at times be en route divorce; but after separation the parties may reunite.

separation does not dissolve the marriage whereas divorce finally annuls the marriage.
