Legal Question in Family Law in India
For a divorce case in Family court - the condition is that both the parties need to present in the court and there is no role of Advocate.
Which section of which ACT defines this condition?
Please help me to get the axact section of the ACT/Law for the same.

Section 13 of the Family Courts Act, 1984. the lawyers can be present as amicus curiae.
