divorce case file pati ne kiya hai .ek baccha hai . main unke saath rehna chahati hun

oct 24th ko lok adalat main mera pehla date tha . maine attend kiya tha judge ne file apni margi se bheeji thi . mediation ke liye. magar uss din pati nahi aaya . uske uncle ne application jama ki na aane ka karan likh ke .

usi din mujhe 2 date mili

mediation date on 27th nov

family court15th jan . dono per mere signature liye gaye . magar uske advocate ne ek date par signature 15th jan

Q1. to kya agar pati lok adalat ki date per nahi aatein hain file court main bheej de jayegi ? main chahati hun ki mediation main settlement ho jaye?

Q2 lok adalat ko next date ke liya keh sakti hun ?

unka advocate kehta hai hume sirf court ke date pata hai .

Q3 kya uss din mere kehne par judge notice issue karengae next date ke liya?taki next date per wo aayen?

1)Sahi hai file court mey bheeji jayegi. agar dono chahte hai toh hi settlement hogi.

2)Court mey apply kar sakti hai.

3) agar court apka application manjur karta hai toh court apne aap notice apke pati ko bhejegi
