Divorce case

Sir my divorce case is going on , my husband filed a case and putting false allegations of cruelty and bad character , because they belong from greedy family and they tortured me consistently for 3 years i filed 498a against them + sec125 maintainace case and few more ,, the cases are going in my favour ,

but to cheat me and win the case they produced some vulgar Gmail chatting in court by making faque ids in my name ,, sir i want to know that in court is tis gmail chat is consider as a proof , because tey dont have ny evidence against me they are playing this strategy , please assist me what should i do

Hi Priya, they may not be able to take any benefit from fake e-mail ID. Such an ID may not be accepted unless they can prove that the e-mail account was actually established and used by you.
