my divorce case has started when my wife was pregnant and our case is still going on and now my daughter is four year old . I have never meet my daughter till date or never try to take visit right.

still my wife filed custody case . Why ....

what will b the benefits she will be having..

In my opinion, that was not required. It is to no advantage to her. Mother has prerogative of custody of child up to 5 years of age. It is you who had a cause of action for visitation and/or the custody and not the mother who already had the custody. Unless, there is some thing in the pleading, it is very difficult to run the imaginations to see through any advantage on the other side.
