My divorce case is going on with my wife and judge has ordered me maintenance under sec 24 before 5 mths now i want to revised it to make it less

I haven't paid any amount to my wife.

Now i want to pay it after it get reduce.

what will be the procedure ??

some of lawyers are saying that it's time barred now

what should i do now ??

you need to appeal against the order of the district judge in the high court. in case it is time barred, you may move an application for condoning the delay in filing the appeal and in case there are sufficient grounds for condoning it, your appeal may be admitted.
