Legal Question in Family Law in India

My divorce case is going with my wife and she is trying to leave the country with my two year child and i want to stop her.

My other cases ( Divorce case, Dv act,498-A) are is in the stage that i can't file custody case ,

can my parents i.e grand parents of child can file the custody case.

Note : In Dv act and 498- A are trying to prove that i have no link with my parents.will it put some effect to that.

You can stop your wife by moving an application to this effect before Divorce and Domestic violence act proceedings. I failed to understand that why cant you move an application for custody of your child?
