Please help! Divorce and child custody..

Divorce is applied by wife for cruelty and abuse. Wife can provide child support, but does not work. 2 children. Sister works and provides for younger sister.

Please answer-

1. Can one-sided divorce be granted, if the husband does not agree to sign?

2. If the younger child officially states to live with mother and witnesses father's cruelty, will the mother be granted the full custody, even if father wants full custody?

3. Can wife apply for divorce and child for full custody with mother, and travel outside the country, because the husband does not come to court to sign?
