divorce
couple staying seperated for more than two years .no issue.stayed for only 10 days.initially wife was not ready to come to husband.but towards the end of second year was ready to come to the husband.but the husband wants to have a divorce.

You may file a divorce case against the wife on grounds of Dessertion and also cruelty. The court has included various circumstances within the meaning of "cruelty", and you may successfully get the decree.

better have divorce immediately. there are grounds for divorce so get it done without delay.

Please answer the following questions :
(a) when was the marriage solemnised;
(b) what is your caste/religion? By what method/ceremonies the marriage performed?
Once the wife was ready to come and you have refused her to join you without any reasonable cause, you are guilty of desertion and cruelty and therefore may not possibly get divorce.

Husband may file divorce on the ground of separation or cruelty or both. This all depends upon the facts and circumstances of the case. For further qurey contect me or any lawyer

This is a good ground for divorce on the ground of Desertion beside other grounds like cruelty etc.
