Divorce and custody of child case
Dear sir,
I married a girl , a govt. college lectur er. She has married me suppressing her earlier valid register marriage. Before knowing farmer marriage I got upset upset over her activities and I sent a divorce notice to her on desertion and mental cruelty.
After 10 days she lodged a false dowry complaint against me. The concerned women police inspector refered the case to court saying that it is of mistake of fact and she has married me supressing her earlier marriage.
After collecting her earlier registered marriage document I ammended the same in my HMOP case alongwith the custody of my only one female baby.
I lodged a private petition on her under IPC 495 in concerned criminal court.
While trial court proceeding she presented a petition in high court of chennai for quas and stay which has been dismissed.
When trial court has started enquity and after charges has been framed against her she has again moved the high court suppressing her earlier quash petition dismissal and presented a
Thus it has been proceeding for the past four years. Though I am highly cheated and I could not take any action against her.
Please suggest me what to do to take immediate action agains her
