divorce and custody of child

my inlaws and husband are illtreating methere is no physical abuse but emotionally they make me feel terrible.i have a boy child of 4 years age.can i get a divorce and if so can i have my child with me.iam a professional and financially very stable.i can take care of my child.iam really disturbed and i need your early help.thanks in advance

you may apply for divorce on the grounds of cruelty and the chances are good for you getting out this rut. the court may grant u custody of the child and visiting rights to husband.

You can file for a divorce on the grounds of cruelty.You can take the child along with you and can also file for the custody of the child.

you can file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty generally the custody of a small child is given to teh mother unless itis proved that it is not in welfare fo child to live with the mother

You can not only get divorce on the grounds of cruelty, but you may also initiate appropriate action under DVA against your husband and in-laws for committing upon you "domestic violence". You may also get custody of the child, depending upon attendant circumstances. If you are financially stable and not looking for any immediate financial support, you may start your separate living and take the child along.
