i have one daughter of 4years...
i got some money fr my business from my inlaws....
due to that money she s not respecting my parents and used to abuse them a lot.
they are very sad ...they are keeping quite jus fr me....
now,i want to divroce her....
give me solution...

you are liable to return the money received by you from your in-laws; you have no right of dowry; and the money becomes "istridhan" of your wife;
on your failure to return the money and satisfy your wife, a criminal case can be registered against you and your parents.
the grounds given by you are not sufficient for divorce. better you mend your ways and try to bargain for peace with your wife.

You may or may not get custody of your child, more chances are against you. Divorce also may be difficult, based on the information provided by you. Best is talk to your wife, or ask some elders, to whom she may be ready to listen and solve the problem.

1 divorce by mutual consent
2 divorce without her consent
1st one is good if possible
