whether a divorce decree obtained in USA is valid in INDIA?

If it is taken by mutual consent of parties then it is valid in india otherwise NO.

any decree passed by a foreign court is not valid unless it satisfies section 13 of Civil Procedure Code. all the decrees, whether obtained by mutual consent or otherwise, need to be validated by indian courts and the parties to the decree may file a suit u/s 13 of CPC to do the needful.

I agree with Shri Rajiv Gupta. All decrees are to be validated by the Indian court of competent jurisdiction where parties will reaffirm everything on oath before Indian court
