Divorce Decree

Sir, Kripa yah batane ka kast kare ki 13 B divorce decree me agar money(dhan) ke sabandh me koi bhi sart nahi hai to esi decree ke base par nishpadan ho sakta hai ki nahi. ukt decree ke aadhar par dhan ke sambandh me vasuli ki ja sakti hai ki nahi. jabki final decree me keval divorce matra vaicharik matvhed ke aapsai sahmati se hona bataya gaya hai. dhanyavaad.

Dear Friend, I do not know much Hindi, particularly, the technical words; You should understand one thing clearly : There can be NO claim beyond the decree; if the decree of divorce makes no mention of compensation/money, then no claim can be raised on the basis of such decree.

agar apke decree mein dhan ke sambandh may koi shart nahi to ap koi vasuli nahi karsakte . sirf divorce diya gaya hai bina kisi shart ke.

Answer;- nispandan(divorce) ho sakta hai.
