Legal Question in Family Law in India

divorce filed by husband in 2008. then i file transfer casein2009 case transfer in 2010 after case transfer he is not attending case not giving maintainance to me how i legaly force him to give my maintainance and ready to live with me. and i do not want to stay with his parent. because my husband & his parent jaab ek saath rahate thai to unhone mujhe bahut parashan kiya tha. main who doobara jheela na nahin chahati.
