divorce filed by husband in 2008. then i file transfer casein2009 case transfer in 2010 after case transfer he is not attending case not giving maintainance to me how i legaly force him to attend court & give my maintainance.give your advice.
Can I give apower of attorny to father so that he can attend the case & submit documents on my behalf & can file the cases regarding recovery of maintainance. on my behalf.

First of all here the question arises as to whether you also really want to give divorce or not? If the answer is no then let the case be dismissed for non prosecution.
Regarding the maintanance part if your husband is not putting appearance then ask your lawyer to request court to proceed x-party.
No your father can not appear on your bahlf in matrimonial disputes.
