Divorce filed by husband in 2008. then i file transfer casein2009 case transfer in 2010 after case transfer he is not attending the court before transfer of the case he paid maintainance for three months only & from Oct 2008 onword it is due what can be done to get recovery of that can it be clamed with interest?

for maintenance pray to the court to issue his arrest and recovery warrant then will give it

you may file execution petition before the court that issued the maintenance orders.
