divorce filed by husband in 2008. then i file transfer casein2009 case transfer in 2010 after case transfer he is not attending case not giving maintainance to me how i legaly force him to attend court & give my maintainance.give your advice.

you may insist for dismissal of divorce petition. Your maintainance will still remain alive. Until maintainance is paid he can not continue with divorce even if he appears. You must file an execution for attachment of salary, if employed or my attachment of bank account if in business.
