If your marriage was in India then divorce will be in India only. But after filing Mutual divorce you can move out side country and not reuiered your second attendence in special case.

If your marriage was according to HMA then you have to seek divorce in Indian courts only and nowhere else.You are not allowed to take divorce in Australia,per se.

application for divorce can be made only in the country whr u got married. if u were married in india u cannot apply for divorce in any other country. for fast procedure u can go for divorce by mutual consent

No. If you are a Hindu and the marriage was ceremonised as per HMA, you may file for divorce in India.
