if one is hindu and another is buddhist and a marriage ceremony was held , such kind of marriage is valid one or not if the registration of marriage is not done upto the seven years after the marriage

That marriage is valid under Hindu Marriage Act. Registration of a Hindu marriage is not compulsary. It can be registered even after 10 years.

Yes it is valid marriage.Budhist are also a sector of Hindus.Non Registration of a marriage does not invalidate the marriage.

non registration of marriage is no criteria for its validity.

the marriage is valid as per hindu law, as buddhists are covered under it.

Buddhist also fall under Hindu, and marriage is squerly covered under Hindu marriage Act. There is no compulsion to register marriage, it is merely optional.

If the state in which u reside has law of comupulsory registration of marriage and you have not registered marriage for 7 years then also marriage is valid, and at the most you might have to pay few amount of penalty for late registration, and nothing more.
