I am a husband. I am absolutely fade up with my wife. Recently I found a lady of my type. Can I live with her leaving my wife without divorce ?

NO. Legally, you cannot. The marriage must be annulled before you enter into any kind of relationship with any other woman.

yes you can but the relationship will not have any name by law. make sure that the girl is not married.

It will be illegitimate relationship and on that ground your wife may ask for divorce and maintainence. if other woman is married her husband may sue you for adultery .
