regarding divorce

My husband has filed a divorce case..I dont want a divorce we have been living separately for the last 10 months..can he win the case. I have also filed a case with crime women cell.

He may win his case if he succeeds in establishing cruelty on your part otherwise he may not.

Divorce can be filed only on specified grounds. In case you want to live with him, you can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights.

I could advice as to whether divorce would be granted or not only on receiving information on the facts and the copy of the petition filed by him for divorce.
