Regarding Divorce
My husband got h1b visa, he will be going to usa in couple of days.
The problem is we are separated, so i need a divorce. Is there any ways that i can stop him so that we can get divorce.Kindly help me in this issues, which will be really useful for my life.

you can file the case and he has to come to complete the proceedings
you cannot stop him from going
that can be done only if you file any criminal complaint against him.

Presence of your husband is not required for seeking divorce. rather the divorce will be facilitated and expedited in his absence since he may not be willing to visit the court all the way from USA to oppose divorce. you may also be entitled to maintenance / alimony which can be calculated on the basis of his income in USA; therefore, to stop him does not seem to be in your interest unless you have something else in mind;
