My husband has left me on sept,2006 and hav't met since then. Even he is not giving divorce. He is asking me to send the divorce papers first. He is not giving my belongings. I want divorce with my things back from him and divorce as soon as possible. Please help me out.

Do not worry for divorce; You should first lodge a complaint againt your husband with the local police for refusing to return your "istridhan";
in case you have suffered any physical, emotional, financial or psychological loss/damage in your relationship with your husband or your in-laws, you can also lodge a complaint under the DVA.
