Iam a teacher & my husband is a property dealer.If i apply for divorce, can i get my money,dowry & monthly allowence as i have to take care of my daughter aged 17 months.

Yes, your legally entitled all your stridhan back beside the monthly allowence/life support/maintenance for youself and your daughter.

On divorce every women is entitled to take her dowery back, and also to her life time maintenance.

Yes, you can claim the STREEDHAN given to you at the time of your marriage and/or subsequently. However, any money given by you may not be claimed unless you gave it as loan under receipt.
You may also claim maintenance for yourself and the child.

yes you can get maintainance but please think about ur child and if possible please patch up with your husband.
at least for the sake of child remake with the husband if you think that he can be a good father.
in a fit of anger you may spoil the life of both yourself and your child.

First issue is why divorce? you have not given any facts which warrant taking this extreme step.
You can your money, dowry, and maintenance (alimony) also without filing for divorce as also by filing divorce.
