Re: Divorce
You cannot seek divorce merely because you wish you or merely because you may started disliking her.
please spell out the differences between the two of you;
a contested divorce take very long; meanwhile, you will have to pay her litigation expense as also maintenance/ alimony.
Re: Divorce
Try for divorce by mutual consent Talk to your wife for it.you can also file divorce case which may take 3-4 years or more.The facts provided by you are not sufficient to suggest grounds etc.

one sided filed divorce may take some time but it can not be quantified. it can be in very short period and it may take time too. it depends on advocate too.

Re: Divorce
Where was the marriage solemnized in India? I can help only if the matter pertains to Delhi/New Delhi and case entrusted to this office.
Re: Divorce
You may file divorce case where your marriage was solemnized and also where you and your wife lastly resided as husband and wife.
Grant of divorce by the court will depend upon the grounds and facts of your case.
There is no limit of time but it takes about 2-3 years.
