Divorce law
I am living apart from my spouse since last 3years. I tries to bring her back, but no use. last week my in laws told me that your divroce done a 4-5 months before. My question is that is there is any law which will able to take divorce apart from husband with his information. They not willing to handover me the divorce document. Please help

The court must have issued notice of divorce petition at your last known address. it is only after service, the court would proceed exparte against the party and not otherwise.

The girl could have filed divorce in the court of her area (District Court of the place she resides). You may go and find from the records.
Are you making any payment towards her maintenance which is your legal obligation ?

Atfirst you send a advocate letter then you file an retitution of conjugal right suit. If you get the divorce document you can file an appeal against that order.
