divorce law

We have taken divorce from notary registrar, is it valid as per divorce act ? We have not yet finished the divorce procedure from court then should i get my wife back ?

The divorce does not appear to be legal. The marriage may have to be annulled by a court of law.

depends upon the fact whether your marriage was a valid one,if yes then the court can only grant divorce.

divorce cannot be granted by notory . marriage has to be dissovled by order of the court
