Need a divorce lawyer
i live in chennai and need to file a maintenance case against my husband who is an american citizen. he has left me alone here and gone away and is now demanding for a divorce. i dont know anyone in chennai as i am from a different city. pls. do help.

You may visit the District Court of your area and engage a lawyer through the Bar Association who is dealing with the subject. You may like to talk to the counsel extensively and try to gather information from him directly about his experience in handling similar cases.
