Divorce and maintenance

She has filled acase for maintence and Divorce some 4 years back. She had also filled a cse for return on goods to her. I also have a daughter who is 4 years and 8 months old. During this 4 years a interim for Rs. 1500/- per month has been fixed which i have been paying. However herself and my in laws are not allowing me and my parents to meet my daughter. We have not seen our daughter since her birth. Require guidnace for future course of action.

File a petition for your daughter's custody and in that petition move an application for visitation right to meet her. I am sure the court would do justice to you.

File a petition for Custody under Guardian & Wards Act. But in the meanwhile you can also try and file an Application in the case asking the Court atleast permit you to meet your daughter.
