Hi I was married in May 2008 and from first day of marriage my wife was suffering for PID(Pelvic Inflammatory Disease), UTI(Urinary Tract infection) and Fibroadenosis of breast (lump in both the breast) I did all her medical treatment and she had many medical and sexual problem. Because of this she did not get pregnant. One day she told me that her marriage was not done with her consent and she had an extra marital affair with her cousin. I tried to make her understand that this is not good and asked her to break the relation with her cousin and she argued with me and went to her mother�s place and never came back and my in-law said that they will do 498a on me. After that incident I sent her a legal notice to my wife mentioning all her illness, and what they did with us and also we have written in that notice that my wife is threatening me that she will do 498A on me

After few days they sent me legal notice in reply to my notice stating that all the claim done by me is false and they says that we where harassing the girl and they are asking for money in that notice. I have all her medical report and I also have some other proofs like phone recording and Photos to prove them wrong

In this case how should I get divorce

You've a good case to file a Divorce Petition on the basis of various fault grounds of divorce available under the HMA. Kindly see a lawyer asap to initiate court action.

You may try for an out of court amicable settlement of the entire dispute.

For filing a divorce petition in the court, you may want to engage an Advocate who should pursue your remedy.

If you have proves of illicit relationship then file the divorce case On cruelty bases and also on permanent ailment.
