divorce

i was married in feb 2004. due to some misunderstanding my filed a 498(A) case in june 2004.how ever the hon'ble patna high court granted anticipatory bail to me. i m in defence and she is taking maintenance allowance @22% of salary granted to her by my depatment.i have filed for divorce in the yr june 2007, for last eight months the court is vacant. pl suggest whom to address to speed my divorce proceedings.i have sought divorce on grounds i.e mental harassment, desertion and we have shared the bed.the case in district court begusarai, bihar.

The most expeditious method could be an amicable out of court settlement.

You may seek reference of the case to Lok Adalat under the STATE LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY ACT.

check if charge of that court is with other court or else make a transfer application.
