the grounds mentioned by you are not sufficient to seek divorce; marriage is not a play of discretion; please try to re-adjust your nature and make all possible efforts to bring ur wife home; otherwise, you will face several legal and social problems. ur wife is entitled to maintenance; and she is also entitled to initiate other proceedings against u depending upon the factual situation.

you can not file a divorce petition within one year of marriage and you got to wait for another four months. you may file a petition for annulment of marriage but for that you got to make out strong grounds. it is advisable you send all the details through email and i suggest you a better way out.

By mutual consent or by divorce case on the gounds whatsoever applicable in the facts and cirstances of your case by invoking the provisions of prevailing law.

it is too early to think about divorce. hardly you have been togather as husban and wife! you have not reported any harassment or illtreatment! if her parents interefear too much .. tell them! talk to them! ... if your wife is interested in you and you want to live with her .. go bring her back .. talk to her!...live seperately and ask all your relative not to disturb you for some time and that you both want to live peacefully undistrubed at least for now!... a divirce for no allegation at all before a year of completion of marriage ..it is not possible.. may be you can file the papers and the court will ask you to wait for a period of one year and decide!...hasty decisions are mostly incorrect!talk to your wife and a good friend of yours solve the probelem peacefully!

Very difficult to answer in the absence of details. You can go for divorce by mutual consent. The wait for one year before filling the petition can now be waived. However, you should try for comprmise. The road ahead is not smooth for you, its bumpy.

yes u can get divorce either by mutual divorce, if she is also ready to give u the divorce or, by filing suit for divorce on various grounds which you charge on her.. you can consult and do the needful in court proceedings
