i got divorce in 1997 and then i got married again in 2000, since then there was no problem from my first wife but since last one year i am getting her calls almost daily and she wants to me and says that she wants to stay with me and she will fully abide with me.let me tell you that she is a psychatric patient with paranoid behaviour and her maturity level is of 13-14 years girl (as per doctor) whereas she would be now about 45 years of age, in the court she attended upto the stage of my witness and when her statement was to made she stopped coming to court,on ex-party granted by court she contested and ex-party was removed,she again stopped coming to court and finally semi ex-party divorce degree was passed by the court.as iam getting regularly phone, my routine is distrubed as she says that she will comeover to my house and stay here, what action should i take, i am very disturbed, kindly advice.

once divorce is pronounced, the parties are dead for each other. you can file a police complaint and also file a civil suit of permanent injunction restraining her from disturbing your mental peace by frequent calls.
There is no such thing in law as a "semi-ex party".
You may report the matter to police if you have a valid divorce decree.
