divorce
i am married on 13th may 2007,but in one and half months only i came to know tat my husband told lies about his education and job.he has completd his graduation and post graduation in 12 years after completion his school.when my family asked why he got his job so late his family said tat he was preparing for his Pre medical test.He has got supplementary in 12th class and i think he has not given his supplementary exams as he is not having pass marksheets.He also told me tat he is feeling very weak so he cannot involve in physical realtions with me.and he is taking ayurvedic medicines but now he is denying everything.i want to divorce him but my family is saying i have no strong points and on this points i cant get divorce.As well he harrassed me sexually and mentally..please give me advice as i cant live with tat person nemore.kindly give me details on wat grounds i can get divorce.i dont want ne alimony nothing just want divorce...

Forget divorce, marriage only one & half month old. no divorce before one year. You can claim nulity on the ground that your consent for marriage was obtained by misrepresentation and fraud. From your question it appears that boy perhaps is impotent as well. If it so, its another ground for claiming nulity. Alongwith nulity also claim maintenance due to which perhaps he will not contest and you will be free easily.

If your husband is unable to perform sexual intercourse than file diovrce case for the nullity against your husband on the ground of impotancey for the period is one year.
You may also file diovrce case on the ground of cruelty but for that you have to one year. Before one year you have to show hardship

This is very silly things better to try to understaqnd one another to lead happy marrital life.
Except telling lies you have not stated any strong reason for divorce.
However the grouds for divorce are
a. Curelity.
b. bigamy.
c. Phycical Harassment.
d. Mental Harassment.
e. Not heard for 2 years.
f. Not heard for 7 years.
g. failed to provide necessities.
h. Impotencey.
i. Un-curable Decease.
j. Un-curable leprasy etc.,

cruelty - harassment can be a ground
incapable of maintaining a relationship as husband and wife (physcially)
consult a lawyer!

You have many grounds, u can file to get marriage a nullity on the ground of fraud played upon you by not telling you the correct educational qualification, 2nd ground could be cruelty and 3rd could impotency

you can file the divorce on the grounds of cruelty/harrasment.
make sure that you are ready for divorce and consult a lawyer as soon as possible

you are entitled to divorce. file a case in a court of law.

its very bad that u have been cheated. you have so many options to take divorce.
you can pressurise them by filing criminal cases over them
u can also file cheating case over them. but its advisable and better that u take consultation in personal meeting.
