Our marrige life passed 12 years but we dont have kid. My wife rude and act misbehave with me and with my relatives now i want divorce with her . can i get ?

You may consider filing a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty. You may need to make payment of maintenance as also permanent alimony. She may be entitled to live separately on your expense with the same standard of life as is being maintained by you.
