divorce matter under HMA
I filed divorce petition in june 2006, and still running in the court on cruelty ground, there is no kid in the marraige, she is saying that she wont give me divorce, she is multi millioner and MBA girl,, she harrashing me by not giving divorce to me.. what remedy i have to get divorce.

the only remedy is to press for shorter dates and get your matter finished at the earliest.
all other remedies can be told only after discussion and going through the documents.

Try to settle the dispute out of court; make an effort to assuage her hurt feelings. short of this, there is hardly anything one can suggest in a pending case.

granting of Divorce or not depends on the Court and not on your wife.
