Legal Question in Family Law in India
I had a divorce 2 months ago. My son is 4 yrs old and he is with his mother roght now. I have not seen my son for last 1 year. While having a mutual divorce I have a statement in court that I will never in future will demand custody & meeting rights with my son as they were blackmailing me by doing wrong dowry case. That's why I have to settle down on their conditions at that time. Plz suggest me that what should I do to get meeting rights & cudtody in future

you will always remain the natural guardian of your son and you can demand meeting rights or custody even if you gave this statement in court that you will not file case qua your son. you may approach the lawyer and file the required case for custody. there cannot be any estoppel to law so your statement would not become a hindrance in your seeking the custody.
file custody case with a petition right to visit
You may seek modification of the order seeking visitation rights on 'special occasions' like festivals and birthdays etc.
